At Gumball, we want every bite to be perfect; if your treats arrive damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened food items. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods that have been opened.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  • 3.
    Pack with Care

    Place the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  • 4.
    Get Refunded

    Once we receive and inspect your package, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
